What types of users are there?

There are three types of users:

Full user – Internal company users have access to all parts of Bizantra, as long as they are granted them. They can use the local version of Bizantra as well as the web version – allowing them to work faster, keep working uninterrupted even when they’re off-line and upload much larger volumes of data. Full users can be members of as many Shared Spaces as they like.

Lite user – External business partners have access to limited parts of Bizantra such as the dashboard, messaging, tasks and calendar. They only have access to one Shared Space. These are typically Bizantra Users’ customers, suppliers and advisors. Lite users can access Bizantra via the web only.

Finance Lite user – This is similar to a Lite user, but with additional access to the finance module. This is typically Bizantra Users’ accountants, bookkeepers or financial advisors. Finance Lite users can access Bizantra via the web only.

How secure is Bizantra?

Our systems use encryption, password and user controls to protect your information. Although we cannot protect against human error such as leaving your computer accessible while you are not using it, we have done as much as we can to keep Bizantra as secure as possible.

What happens if I‘ve got a problem?

Contact our customer support team immediately at support@bizantra.com. We promise to fix your problem as soon as possible and keep you informed all the way.

I’ve got a suggestion that I think could improve Bizantra. What should I do?

Bizantra’s success relies upon listening to the needs of our customers, so we love hearing your feedback. We’re well aware that you know more about your business than we ever could, so if there is something you would like to see in Bizantra, please let us know through the Contact Us link. We can’t promise to do everything we’re asked to do, but we promise to listen to everything you have to say.

Bizantra offers much more than other packages. How can you do this at such a low price?

At Bizantra, we work with an international team to use the latest technology. We don’t want to grow our business into an expensive-to-run organisation with huge overheads. We’ve been there and done that before we started Bizantra.

I’m concerned that I’ll be tied into a long-term contract. Is this the case?

Absolutely not. We have a monthly subscription but, if you no longer want to use Bizantra, you just cancel and we will make sure that all further payments are stopped immediately. Our free 30-day trial means that you don’t even have to give us any credit card information until you really know that Bizantra works for you.

What happens if I am invited to use Bizantra by another company?

If you are a full Bizantra user, you can add another Shared Space to your existing Shared Spaces. This makes it much easier for you to manage collaborative working, because you only have to access one Bizantra environment.

Is Bizantra available only in the UK?

You can use nearly every part of Bizantra in whichever country you operate. Finance is currently UK-specific but a US version will be coming very soon.

Does Bizantra work with a Mac?

Yes, Bizantra works for both PC and Mac platforms.
