I’m not sure Bizantra will fit my business
If you’re a small or medium-sized business, Bizantra will fit your business perfectly. Can’t I just use my email to communicate with work colleagues or business partners?
Using Bizantra doesn’t mean you have to stop using your email altogether. Instead, it reduces the need for email by letting you share documents, tasks and calendars and collaborate easier. It gives you much greater control of your communications control by grouping and prioritising projects and communications – which means no more trawling through endless emails looking for that elusive document.

None of my business partners use Bizantra so I won’t be able to work with them
Bizantra lets you give your business partners access to the information that you need to share with them. They don’t need to be Bizantra subscribers to access it. As well as access to full functionality for 10 Bizantra internal users, each Bizantra subscriber also has up to 100 external ‘Lite’ users for people who do not work in your company.

I have anti-virus software so I’m not worried about security
Anti-virus software is great but it doesn’t back up or encrypt your files. As soon as you save a document or other data in Bizantra, the information is encrypted in the Bizantra local system on your PC or Mac and synchronised to our secure central servers when you’re online.  Others permitted users can then access the information for easy team working and you have an always up to date offsite backup in place to protect your business.

Anti-virus doesn’t stop people from scanning your emails, either. Bizantra uses secure messaging instead of an email system so that your messages, documents and data are never read by third parties.

Our existing software already does some of the things that Bizantra does
That’s fine. You don’t need to use every module of Bizantra to get value for money. Some businesses use Bizantra for a single function such as the Shared Spaces or HR Record Keeping. If you use existing small business accounting software, you don’t have to use the Bizantra one, although full integration may provide you with increased management and reporting benefits in the future.
